Cheryl Cole, cantante inglesa, publicó en 2009 su primer single en solitario, “Fight for This Love”, logrando el número 1 tanto en Reino Unido como en otros paises. Antes de lanzarse en solitario, fue componente del exitoso grupo británico Girls Aloud, formado en 2002 a partir de Popstars: The Rivals, nominado en cuatro ocasiones en los Brit Awards, consiguiendo el primero de ellos el pasado 2009 con el single “The Promise” como mejor canción del año. Este mismo me lanzaba su segundo trabajo en solitario “Messy Little Raindrops”, un álbum con 12 temas entre los que se encuentra “The food”.
